  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Opened solder paste, flux, or other chemical-based materials (due to safety regulations)
  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
